As the company celebrates a milestone 15-year anniversary for one of its valued team members, Jackie Torres, Accounting and Human Resources Manager, Alten Construction is reminded of the loyalty and shared mission that binds its team together. With a majority of its 120 employees having tenure of over 15 years, the company is proud to claim their strength as a company lies in the dedication and hard work of its team.
Originally from San Francisco, Jackie has spent most of her life in California. She attended Chabot College, which is where her passion for the industry truly began and one that she has been a part of for nearly 30 years.
For Jackie, her career at Alten Construction has been nothing short of rewarding. She enjoys meeting new people and educating them about what sets Alten Construction apart from other companies. Whether she’s speaking with prospective employees, government officials or building representatives, Jackie has a unique talent of bringing people together and guiding them toward shared success.
Her extensive role and dedication to our accounting and HR department speaks volumes about her passion for her work, and she takes pride in guiding our younger team members, introducing them to essential benefits and enrolling them in programs that foster their career growth.
