Working together with WJE Associates, Inc. and Sunrise Carlisle, LP, Alten Construction removed the existing mansard roof structures of an occupied, 12-story senior housing facility on Post Street in San Francisco. Alten Construction then installed a new façade access system and re-roofed. Because this project commenced during the winter of 2014, Alten Construction monitored the project throughout the night and on weekends when rain was forecasted. Alten Construction also coordinated and performed disruptive work during specific hours only.
