Kipp Bridge Academy Expansion

In 2019, Alten Construction teamed up with KIPP Bridge Academy to expand their existing campus with a new building. The expansion consisted of 17,000-square-feet that housed 10 new classrooms, administration offices and a new cafeteria. The $8.72 million project was completed on a quick timeline for the occupancy of the 2018-2019 school year. Alten Construction self-performed the structural concrete and entire wood frame. By completed the foundation and framework internally, Alten Construction was able to execute the successful eductation project on time and on budget.
