Alten Construction collaborated with the City of Richmond / Port of Richmond and WJE Associates, Inc. to rehabilitate Riggers Loft (also known at Building No. 6 in Point Potrero Marine Terminal) for use as an Operations and Security Center for the Port of Richmond. During the renovation of this 25-foot-tall building, Alten Construction self-performed installation of wood trusses and wood framing.
