Alten Construction joined forces with Lennar Urban and Baldauf Catton Von Eckartsberg Architects to improve an existing space for retail use. The new retail space for The Storehouse included interior improvements such as new flooring, kitchen equipment, cabinetry, countertops and furniture as well as modifications to the existing fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
